Delivery Policy
All stock items will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Standard Class, if orders are placed before 13.00 hrs, Monday to Friday.
All orders received after 13.00 hrs on Friday will be Despatched on a Monday
All orders are charged at our standard delivery charge of £2.97 ex vat which will be charged at a rate of 17.5%.
Unless FREE DELIVERY has been agreed between both parties.
Lost Parcels
In the event of a lost parcel with Royal Mail a replacement will only be issued after 14 days has past since dispatch. A claim will be made against Royal Mail for the lost parcel.
It is the responsibility of the customer to sign and return the Royal Mail Lost Parcel Declaration. Failure to comply will result in the customer being charged for the duplicate parcel.
